We hope all tenants have stayed safe during the recent weather events, which have affected many households and caused significant damage.

Our main office is now open, and our teams have been working hard to check in on those still without power, dealing with property damage, or feeling overwhelmed by the weather event.

We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time, and we want to assure you that we are working diligently to support the safety and wellbeing of all tenants.

Update – 5/3/2025

In light of Cyclone Alfred and for the safety of our staff and visitors, the Bric office will be closed from 4.30pm today (Wednesday 5 March 2025) until further notice.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as needed.

As you may be aware preparations are underway with Tropical Cyclone Alfred expected to move towards the southeast Queensland coast from Tuesday onwards. There is a possibility of this bringing severe wind, erosion and flooding right across the region.
